They team was very clean, helpful and complete. They answered all my questions and even let me watch! We noticed a difference within hours of sealing up the windows how cool my second story remained with the Energy Efficient windows in. I cleaned all of them with an easy process of sliding the clips and opening them. What a dream window and only wished we had done this ten years earlier. The windows were 29 years old, solid wood and clad. From the outside you can hardly tell the difference.
