"Flo arrived on time as scheduled for the project. All necessary supplies were on hand. He and his associate worked smoothly together. The project consisted of replacing 11 steps and risers and all stair trim. Flo completed the carpentry part in one day. His painters came the next day and applied 2 coats of paint. The porch looks great. The project price was fair and competitive. This was one of the most positive experiences we have ever had with a contractor.  Within one day of contacting Closet Organizing System via email we received a callback.  We explained what our goal was and what we were interested in pursuing.  We then received a very prompt call from the Designer, Rich, who set up an appointment at our convenience in the evening since we both work.  He listened carefully to what our goals were and took measurements of all the spaces.  His then went to work on designing the systems for each space.  He kept us updated through email on his progress.  Again at our convenience in the evening he presented his ideas.  He was right on and we loved everything he suggested.  He was a true professional with over 30 years of experience in designing and installing closet systems.  We even discovered that he had installed my in-laws systems 25 years ago.   They still look great and are very functional.  The pricing was right where we thought it would be and within our budget so we approved the project.  Rich clearly explained what prep work would have to be done (removal of existing shelving, patching of holes and painting). We contacted our painter and created a schedule to do the project in two phases over two weeks.  They were very accommodating to again meet our busy work schedules.  The coordinator contacted  us via email two to assure that everything was set up correctly.  The project was then handed over to the installer, Todd.  He was a true professional, very courteous, and knew what he was doing.   All surfaces were protected and cleanup when he was done.  The end product is fabulous.   The night that the project was completed, Rich came by to check the work and to assure that we were happy.  Incredible Customer Service from start to finish.  The entire process took less than a month. We good not be happier and would recommend this organization to anyone seeking to better organize their living space.

"We initially hired Darren to replace a Formica countertop in our kitchen. Work was performed on time and on budget. Darren respected our privacy, cleaned up after each day, and demonstrated a high quality attitude and approach to the work. Based on the initial work, we asked Darren to make some small repairs, which led to repair or a skylight leak, which led to painting , which led you to multiple rooms of painting, which led to the installation of a new gas cooktop, which led to some electrical lighting replacement. Darren demonstrated great skill diversity / plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting, exterior repairs, and carpentry.
