"Fast friendly service. M-Touqeer and Swarnjit were the technicians that advised me on what my options were on repairs vs. Replacement. Our unit was already 31 years old so it made since to replace it.They had many different units to choose from and price ranges to meet our budget.So that same day they started.They checked the furnace size the ac unit.For compatibility. Ordered parts and supplies and started to remove old unit the same day.Now that's customer service at its best. They next day the technicians were finished with the install and we had heat and ac.What a relief and on budget.I would highly recommend this company .And the two technicians that installed the units.They cleaned up hauled off old equipment wow I was impressed with how professional they were and knowledgeable. "I had an emergency plumbing situation at my rental property that required major work. A Solution came out the same day that I called (Saturday, within 2 hours) and assessed the problem. Due to the severity of the problem of my tenant's only washroom, it was placed out of commission. To my surprise, they agreed to come out on Sunday (Father's Day) to rod out the main drian line for the washroom allowing my tenants to use the washroom until the major repair was performed. A Solution returned Monday and completed the repair. All work was done in a professional manner and met all municipal codes. I was well pleased with the service and the professionalism that was provided. Thanks for coming through for me in a pinch."
