TF Sullivan has handled many plumbing issues within our Condo Association that other plumbers have not. In the past i would have to call a plumber out multiple times before the issue was resolved. Dave's prices we're better than three other plumbers. His work fixed all of the plumbing issues that I had when it rained. They've also dealt with the village and all of the permits that I needed and inspections. Him and his worker showed up on time and on the date when he told me they were going to be here. TF Sullivan has completed several plumbing projects in our home. They have replaced our hot water heater as well as our sump pumps with the battery back up pumps. They provide their clients with current to up to date products. The employees who work for TF Sullivan are professional and courteous. Our projects were scheduled in a timely manner and completed quickly with minimal disruption to our home. We will definitely use TF Sullivan for any future plumbing projects!
