Being a woman homeowner is hard. I usually have to steel myself for any home repairs I hire someone for as it usually involves a man talking down to me or assuming I’m not the decision maker. Nathan was kind, respectful, and communicative. He answered my questions as I had them, and spoke to me ad a collaborator. You would do well to hire Triangle Plumbing.

It's hard being a woman and a homeowner, because service providers love to talk to you as though you aren't the owner, and they will try to overcharge you for your services or cut corners. I am pleased to say that I've finally found a plumber that I would not only use again, but recommend. He asked multiple questions so that he could give me a real price, not a price that gets him in the door that he could then upcharge. Nathan was on time, he had booties for his feet. When I needed something additional, he told me and explained why without being condescending. He did great, neat work for a fair price and also did a great job on the clean up. I'm VERY happy with my experience!

We had a gas leak that needed to be addressed immediately and Nathan from Triangle Plumbing saved the day! He came out the same day I contacted him, quickly diagnosed the issue and gave us a very fair estimate. (Much better than a different quote we got) He fixed the leak quickly and we were able to get Peoples Gas to turn the gas back on without any issues. Weâ ll definitely be contacting Triangle Plumbing for future plumbing needs, thank you!

Nathan was very patient with all my questions and respects those who can do some DIY work. I tried to repair the issue on my own but ultimately needed to replace the entire pump. He installed a new one and it’s working great.
