I then had them over to ask for a quote on replacing the floor and fixing subfloor issue especially in 2 spots, they said they would do it. they replaced the floors and did none of that. I just wasted thousands of dollar and will need to redo it. Do NOT hire these people, they do not care about your needs. Would give them negative stars if was possible"

"I can't speak highly enough of Titan Builders. The owner Mike is terrific. He is so good at what he does, and I knew I wanted to work with him from the moment I first talked to him on the phone. He immediately felt like a friend, and someone I really did believe cared about doing a good job for me. I did interview 2 other companies, but got such a sense of integrity and honesty from Mike I picked him. He and his crew leader Robert entirely lived up to my expectations, and I am entirely satisfied with the job they did. I live in the suburbs, and our condo is a second home in the city, so I was apprehensive on how easy it would be to manage such an undertaking from 60 miles away, but Mike and Robert made it so easy. They answered every call and text promptly. They gave me advice on products to use and design ideas. When there were a few bumps in the road (nothing to do with them ), Mike talked me through them in a calm manner that immediately calmed me. When Best Buy totally messed up my order of appliances (again something that Titan had nothing to do with), Mike helped me not panic about it. Robert handled all the details of meeting with management of the condo and doing all the paperwork necessary, I never had to do a thing. They came in on budget, and in a timely manner, even being over 2 holidays and the few issues due to the age of the building that arose (and were handled seamlessly by Mike and Robert. Most importantly they did a fantastic job! We had a wall knocked down, sheet rocked over an old service door, the whole kitchen reconfigured, and Mike not only assured me it could all be done, he also gave me a few design ideas that I am really glad I listened to. I now have a beautiful kitchen, and I am sure have added tremendous value to our unit. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and my daughter will definitely be calling them when she remodels her basement. I am confident you will be glad if you call Mike!"

"BUYER BEWARE- Frank came to our house in October to give us a quote to resurface our cabinets, put in a new counter and sink. The cabinets were installed on December 1, 2020. Everything seemed to be above board. Frank was very nice, very professional. Two cabinet doors were measured incorrectly. Frank said he ordered the new doors and would call us when they arrived. He asked for full payment on December 1 and we agreed since everything seemed to be alright and he had been responsive to our calls. Two days after the installation our dishwasher stopped working. We called Frank because he had done work on the electrical installation. He never responded. We would call him, text him, several times a week, asking that he call us back regarding our doors and dishwasher. He never responded. It is now almost February 2021. We still have not received our kitchen doors that were wrongly measured. We have had to purchase them ourselves and hired someone install them. We have never heard back. Even if all work is completed, imagine what his response might be to warranty work. I am in the process of filing a small claim suit to get my money back. Buyer beware."

"After purchasing our home, my wife and I decided to have maple wood floors installed in the bedrooms to match the rest of the house. We received three bids in an effort to keep everyone honest. Ismael was referred to us by our neighbor. From the beginning of the process, he was my favorite. He has a great personality but more importantly, he was the most knowledgeable and based on his assessment, I was confident he would produce the best work product. He actually predicted how the bidding process would play out. "I come out and give the estimate and I install the floors. They have a guy who will come out and estimate and someone else to install the floors. There will be miscommunication and problems with that. With me, no problems." Ismael could not have been more accurate. It was really frustrating and time consuming dealing with the other vendors just to obtain their bids! We paid a little more to work with Ismael but it was money well spent. My rationale was the benefit of paying a skilled craftsman to do the work correctly outweighed my time having to correct potential mishaps. We had such a great experience. Ismael and his crew were punctual, on budget and finished exactly when they said they would. They also revealed amazing attention to details--they identified and corrected a creek in a section of the floor and a stain that could not be sanded so they replaced that section of the floor. The floors turned out beautiful and we could not be happier. Ismael and his crew are consummate professionals! The best!"
