Regency's craftsmanship was superior. There staff worked efficiently and completed our bathroom remodeling project in the promised time frame. The project manager and staff were easy to work with and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy our needs. Our remodeled bathrooms are both beautiful and functional! I’ve done two kitchens with this company. Both were completely gutted and redone from the ground up. They were both great projects and I’d use them again without hesitation! They are very responsive and good at problem solving until you are happy.

My wife and I recently contracted with Regency Home Remodeling perform a full renovation of our kitchen, front bathroom and replace the flooring through out our home. From the initial meeting to go over the work and develop the plan and cost, to the execution of our vision, the team from Regency were the utmost professionals. They did not question what we wanted in the design but were quick to provide us with explanations of what it would take and recommendations on how it may work better. After 22 years and 3 small children, our hallway bathroom needed a complete makeover. Bruce met with us and by the end of the meeting, we were 100% comfortable and confident in awarding Regency our business. What set Regency apart was their constant communication, large network of suppliers and commitment to quality work. I also wanted to give a big shout out to Iwona for helping us design a gorgeous bathroom and to Daniel for working tirelessly to create that bathroom. We absolutely plan on using them again for future projects.

Regency completed a big kitchen remodel for us requiring a wall to be taken down and a very large beam to be placed. They also redid our floors and a bathroom. I had a very specific timeline in mind and they were able to meet my deadline which was amazing! They were very patient with letting me choose my kitchen layout and making many changes. When the work started they were on time very clean very efficient and extremely hard-working. The communication was also excellent. They did an amazing job and I could not be happier with the results!

We just finished doing a total remodeling of our primary bath with Regency. We could not be happier with every aspect of the project....from our first meeting, selection of all our items through their recommendations, the design plan, the quality of work and craftsmanship, the prompt responses to any and all questions. It was near perfect from the beginning to the end. Regency Home Remodeling recently completed a hallway bathroom remodel for us and we couldn’t be more pleased. From the outset of the project, communication was exceptional, timelines were clear, and we always understood the scope of work and expectations around payments. We got weekly updates as the project progressed, so we were never wondering what was happening. We really appreciated being able to work with Regency’s suppliers for fixtures, stone, tile, and cabinets. We were able to pick out the colors and styles we liked and brands that fit with our budget. Finally, the craftsmanship of the work was fabulous! We are so pleased with our new bathroom!

It was a pleasure working with the Regency team for our kitchen and bath remodel. Bruce, Sam & Iwona were terrific partners from the initial consultation mtg through design and the remodel. We worked with Regency's partners for tile, countertop, fixture and appliance selections and couldn't be more pleased with the variety and quality of the options. Peter & Max performed the demolition and installation work on the new cabinetry, tile and fixtures and their craftmanship was excellent. We are thrilled with the results and look forward to working with the Regency team on our future projects!

Working with Regency Home Remodeling was one of the best user experiences we have ever had when using a home contractor. Bruce and Sam Pinsler were always on time, knowledgeable, honest and extremely well organized. We did an extensive bathroom and hall closet remodel and the team we were assigned were the best craftsman we have ever worked with. Max, Bogdan or Peter, were there every day and always on time! We couldn't be happier with the result. We also had access to Regency's first-rate plumbing, cabinetry, tile and fabrication suppliers!. We also plan on remodeling our kitchen in the near future and Regency will be on the top of our list when that time comes!

Wonderful. Zero complaints. I know that sounds unusual, but it's true. Regency remodeled our kitchen in 2018, and we hired them again to remodel both our hall bath and master baths. The hall bath is complete, and they did a great job. High quality work, great people, and a reasonable price. The workers arrive on time, work hard, and clean up every day. Great quality work!

Enjoyed working with this company. It has been almost one year since my work has been completed, and everything is working well. The workers were pleasant and respectful and knew their professions well. The company gave me good resources to pick the products, fixtures and appliances needed for my project. When I have had questions or minor issues, I have felt comfortable contacting them to ask for help or follow up to remediate any concerns.

The company was very responsive to my schedule, communicated by email and text, dealt well with delays for weather and wasp nest removal (pest removal was separate and not handled by them, but necessary to complete their work without injury to their crews). The crews were polite, professional, efficient. All services were spelled out in the contract, any additions to the work were discussed with me either before the work was done or during the work as needed. Costs did not exceed projected estimates. The crews cleaned up well, and came back when I found roofing nails in my yard to do another sweep the day after I contacted them. The gutter crew was also the same, prompt, efficient and polite. Each job was completed in one day as planned.

It could not have gone better. It was our first major remodel in 20 years and we're thrilled with the results. Bruce came to the house, surveyed the rooms, took detailed measurements and within days provided us with drawings and and a quote for their labor and general estimates on what fixtures might cost. We started this project in mid-March just as things started shutting down due to COVID-19. Sam, our Project Manager and his team (Bart, Mirek and Greg) were a pleasure to work with. Sam responded to all our emails and came by frequently to check the progress. The team showed up every day on time and wearing masks. The upstairs bathroom was a challenge due to the small size of the room and the pitch of the ceiling due to the roof. All the debris had to be carried down the stairs and through two rooms to get it out, yet it was done with a minimum of disturbance and mess. Instead of using a pre-formed shower pan, Mirek was able to expand the shower using custom framing. Greg built a custom sliding barn door to replace a door that was just two pieces of painted plywood. We are very happy with the final result. The powder room was again a challenge due to the small size and a linen closet that had been build under one staircase and on the backside of another. Mirek managed to completely re-frame the inside of the closet so that all the shelves were uniform height and depth. Again, we are very pleased with the final product. The main bath is another small room. Sam and his team had to correct a lot of issues from a decades old remodel. This included all new plumbing lines, re-enforcing the floor joists and a new sub-floor and proper venting of the ceiling exhaust fan. We chose combination of a jetted tub and dual shower heads controlled by a Kohler digital valve and a motion sensor vanity faucet. It was a complex installation and it all works perfectly. This room has been totally transformed. Sam put us in touch with Studio 41 in Lincolnwood as a source for the main fixtures where we purchased everything except the lighting fixtures and tile. It was a pleasure to work with Arthur at Studio 41 and I would highly recommend them as well. Additionally, as part of the remodel, Sam's team upgraded our home's main electrical panel and installed additional outlets in a bedroom and an enclosed front porch. They also installed 3 replacement doors that were not in the original scope, but made a huge cosmetic difference. We are completely happy with the service and quality of the work provided by Regency. If you are thinking of a bathroom remodel you should definitely give them a call.

Sam was very professional, responsive and reliable. He and the team worked with us to make sure we were happy with the way things looked. We were very impressed with one of the foremans, Bogden, whose strive for excellence in the finished work was remarkable. The only reason we don’t give an A rating (Bogden and Sam deserve it) is because we had some issues with the attitude and work of the first foreman, the project took longer than originally estimated, and there was some damage in the living room floor (Sam Paid for the repair, so they are very reliable) They deliver, they are reliable, and even if things are not smooth for whatever reason, Sam will be there for the customer.

Great. They listened and acted upon all of my concerns. It looks great and came in on budget. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire again.

My wife and I are very pleased with Bruce and his team for the excellent job they did transforming our kitchen. It needed a complete gut with chimney removal and some structural repair. Bruce was very professional in listening to our design plan and desires and offered opinions and design ideas from his other projects that helped in our decision making. His designer iwona offered 6 different design plans which were all very good. Bruce gave us a quote which wasn't the cheapest but from reading past reviews and his professionalism we went with Regency. He quoted us 6-10 weeks to complete and it was finished in 7. The project foreman Arthur was very good in his craft and was very professional and friendly. Sam, the project manager was very good in communicating and was available to answer questions and keep us up to date on the remodel progress. The final product was everything we imagined and more. We have another project in our future and Regency will be the company of choice.

We are very pleased with the final remodel. Bruce the owner was excellent in giving us a detailed estimate and was thorough in examining what would be needed to comply with our village regulations. He and his staff handled the permitting and referred us to quality vendors who gave us discounts and very good advice. Iwana, the designer, submitted excellent computer renditions for us to choose. Sam was the overall supervisor and met with us regularly to get feedback from us and also to update us. Sam was service-oriented and knowledgeable and personable. Luke, the onsite craftsman, was meticulous and skilled and amiable. The actual demolition and construction was completed in 4 1/2 weeks. We loved the final result. It was exactly what we wanted and we would highly recommend this company.

Sales job was an A+ for a master bath bath refresh - Mike Fisher promised to be with us every step of the way. The project did not require a major change to the footprint. Although Mike Fisher promised a "designer" in fact the company does not have one, and in fact we never saw a fully accurate design. During the design phase, we requested shower and tub grab bars. At one point Mike made quite an offensive comment to the effect of you don't want your bathroom to "look like a nursing home." To a customer with a (not visible) disability, this was quite remarkable. The company has absolutely no proficiency in lighting design; we had to get our own lights. Supply ordering process was OK through Studio41 for most and Regency provided supplier for shower doors, countertops and vanity. Initial measurements were not accurate causing a design change in mid-project, a change in the type of tub we could use, and a delay. Our assigned craftsman Adam was great except for some minor tiling snags that needed to be redone. First vanity arrived with major blemishes in finish that were not noticed by Regency, we rejected. Kohler tub through Studio41 arrived damaged/unusable the first time, damaged/usable the second time. Shower door stop fell off after 2 days of use. All issues during and after install required our chasing after suppliers and Regency directly. In other words, we became the contractor. Although Regency held to price, the timeline from end to end went from 3 weeks to almost 9 weeks to completion. We still have not, after several requests, received our requested paid receipt and lien waiver.

Regency home remodeling has remodeled our kitchen and three bathrooms. They are extremely easy to work with and have competitive prices. The most recent job(sporing 2018) was redoing three bathrooms. We worked closely with Sam (job manager) and Arthur (head remodeler). As with any big job there were a lot of moving parts and decisions to make and Sam helped us keep it all together. Regency has a great system where they come into your home and virtually show you different layouts and options for our remodel and they measure everything and show you all the dimensions. Regency works with great vendors for cabinetry, tile, stone, and fixtures. Their contacts are easy to work with and will walk you through the process of choosing all the materials and help you stay on budget. We had a couple of snags throughout the process - which is to be expected with a big remodel - but anytime we had questions or concerns or wanted to change something (layout, details, etc) Sam was happy to work with us to ensure we were satisfied. Even since the job has been completed if we found anything that we weren't 100% happy with Sam has come back and made sure it was done to our high expectations. Everyone is very easy to communicate with over text and email or a quick phone call if needed. We totally trusted Arthur and gave him a set of keys at the beginning of the project and told him to go for it. He can and went as needed and was her most days to try and finish the job in a timely manner. If we had anything left to remodel (thank goodness we don't) I would hire Regency again.

When getting ready to remodel my master bathroom I contacted 3 different companies in order to get a good comparison where the market is and what to expect from both a cost perspective and timeline. My comfort level with Michael from Regency Home was great right from the start. He put my mind at ease with having the same crew for the duration of the remodeling and worked with me on expectations and timeline. Adam was the master craftsman who did all of the demo and installation and I was extremely impressed with his attention to detail and craftsmanship. Adam was very easy to work with and did an exceptional job which I am very happy with... so all in all my experience with Regency Home was excellent and I would definitely hire them again for another project.

Our 1940’s Cape Cod kitchen and bath needed a complete overhaul. Regency was professional from beginning to end, never giving us the impression that our job was too small. Bruce gave us an immediate idea of his plans, the cost, and where to go for tile, fixtures, and appliances. His attitude provided the confidence we sought that Bruce and his people would do an excellent job. Iwona drew up and revised the plans for us, Daltile, Studio 41, and ABT electronics guided us in the selection of tiles, fixtures, and appliances while Sam kept in constant communication answering any questions. Bart and his team (Simon, Merik, Greg, Alex, John and Chris) had specific jobs for which they were responsible, doing expert work as well as cleaning up each day. We are very pleased with the finished kitchen and bath, along with the overall experience. We cannot say enough positive things about Regency, and we highly recommend them!

I was very pleased with Regency from start to finish. When they came to my home to initially come to look at the bathroom, they did a good job looking at the details and measuring out the floor plan in order to provide an accurate, all encompassing bid. I had a couple of bids, and while Regency came in slightly higher ($500-1,000), the service you get is unbeatable. They're responsive, and really want you to be happy with the final product. They don't take over the entire home and really try to contain the work well. You can tell they care about their customers.
