His crew came a couple hours later to tarp it until they could replace it. Saturday morning they were there early and finished it. Phil kept in communication with me the entire time explaining everything they were doing. I was completely freaked out when it happened and he really calmed me down. I will be using them again for the main house and have already told a friend about them. Phil is a super friendly guy and you could tell he cares about his clients.
