"Thank you for your review. Although it is not a good review, we are always happy to receive feedback from our clients. We did work for you and your condo association. We did apply a roof coating to your roof surface and it did peal. The reason it pealed is that after we were completed you walked on it while it was still wet. We did come back and repair. Then you placed decking boards directly on the coating. Before it was cured. So when you removed the decking boards this summer it peeled it up again. This work was completed in 2019 in the summer. You and your associates at the condo board. Have done everything we asked you not to"
