I worked with Lakeview Roofing on both a flat roof replacement and subsequent balcony decking replacement, which each turned out very well. Mario and the team were efficient and transparent in the bid process and made sure to communicate options and suggestions on the best fit for my building. Both phases of the project work were also completed in a very timely manner, with Mario making sure to keep me informed on progress throughout. Iâ m very happy with the end result and would happily work with the team again on a future project.

The process was very professional from quote through project completion. I worked with Mario, who went out of his way to make sure I had information on specifics of what needed to be done as well as the best materials to use. The team was very efficient, arrived on time when they said, very clean, and respectful of the property. The team also worked hard to be sure the job was done in a 1.5 day window between rain showers, which was very much appreciated for a roof leak repair. I will happily work with the team again on future projects.

We had a rather difficult roof replacement that required substantial replacement of rotted wood, repitching the roof, replacing an old wooden decorative railing with a new strong and safe one, and re-doing the junction between the roof and the outside wall. They also had to reconfigure soffits and add a gutter. Although the square footage is not large, every aspect of the job turned out to be somewhat unique and difficult. In addition, we have high standards for fit and finish. Through the whole job, they communicated well and continued to find solutions. The final result is extremely solid and effective, and looks great Iâ m sure the work has added far more value to the house than the cost of the work. Highly recommended.

The representative called to step up an appointment to fix the roof over my den. on Monday. The time was set for 10:00am Friday morning, the work crew arrived 10 minutes before ten, and their supervisor arrived five minutes later. they immediately got started. Lakeview Roofing did a fantastic job doing a full replacement of our leaky flat roof, reseting our limestone caps, adding flashing, and repairing our door/door frame to our roof deck. They were very professional, very responsive, courteous, and provided a competitive quote. They showed up every day on time, and were tireless in making sure the work was done correctly. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We had them do a full replacement of two large flat roofs and some tuckpointing on our two buildings. They were very professional, easy to work with and did everything that they said they would on time. I would definitely use them again.

I had them do tuckpointing on the front of my house. They did a great job. They cleaned up once they were finished. They put a tarp over my flowers so that they wouldnâ t ruin them. They sprayed something so that the water bounces off the bricks. I will use them again for my roof in 2021.

Mario and his crew were great! Very polite and timely. The roof repair project was bigger than expected but Mario didn't charge us an extra penny for his additional incurred costs. We'll be asking them to return to build a deck ASAP! Would definitely recommend using Lakeview Roofing!

Lakeview Roofing did a great job for us. They cleaned up after and noticed some extra work needed and didn't charge over the estimate they gave us.

Lakeview Roofing did a great job, I highly recommend. My 4 flat building got 5-6 different quotes to repair our spotty leaky roof, the quotes ranged from complete tear outs with a new roof ($26-36k) to ... cut/patch work in soft spots w/ new pipe flashing and limestones resealed ($2.5k). Lakeview Roofing (Mario) provided a re-roof option where 3-4 weak spots were cut/repaired, removed the limestone caps and then installed a new rubber membrane over the entire roof wrapping under limestones on parapet wall (installed 2nd extra leak proof membrane under masonry/limestones), painted with an aluminum coating (priced in the middle of all quotes). He added 3 roof vents, replaced all flashings, and used liquid silicone, sealant, caulk where appropriate. Mario even added additional language to the quote to appease our Condo Board with regards to the Included 10yr warranty, weâ re installing a roof deck next spring so a warranty is critical. It sounded like Mario under quoted our roof because the limestones took more work than expected. However, the job was still done very thoroughly even though it took about an extra 1.5-2 days. I checked on the project about 3 times a day and I was glad to see high quality material was used, much better material/craftsmanship than our old roof.

Lakeview roofing was the total package.. they installed a new roof on my 3 flat and garage as well as tuck pointing both.. always on time and incredibly hard working... and they cleaned up after every days work..I highly recommend them !!

Very helpful. They spotted a few needed extras and did not charge for the extra work.
