They came out to give a quote within a day of contacting them. Then, once we signed the contract, Walter and his crew were back to start the project within a week and finished within a couple days. He was always very responsive via email and was able to answer all my questions regarding the work done (in terms I could understand). First of all every other company we received quotes from wanted to tear off our roof, which would have raised the project price by almost 200%. David analyzed our situation and told us that since we only had one layer of old roof that was covered by a few thousand pounds of gravel, he would be able to reroof over the existing roof.
