"This was phase 2 of 3 of my window and door project. I installed another patio door and 2 bathroom windows with privacy glass. Gus had his team replace all the rotted wood and add new aluminum capping on the exterior. The products came in earlier than expected and they were able to install everything well ahead of schedule. Again, I am so pleased my neighbor referred Lifetime to me as Gus was unbelievable to work with."

"Great work! Looks awesome! Roof shingles got replaced!"

"They were fabulous from start to finish. We liked the bay window they did so much that now, a year later, we're putting a second one in. I trusted them and the windows are perfect. Every other contractor who we had come here bashed the people who had been here before, trying to explain why the other company was no good. This company was the one contractor who said they weren't going to tell us about how lousy the competition is, instead he was honest and forthright in explaining why we should chose them. They offered competitive rates, always arrived on time, and cleaned up afterwards. I could not have been happier with the work done all the way around. Their whole team has been with the company for many years and I believe this speaks for the quality and integrity of this company as well."

"The job was just finished a couple of days ago. The work they did seemed to be very careful and meticulous. They took their time to do it and I think they did a good job.
The windows seem pretty good. Th fiber cement siding looks great.

"John replaced the shattered glass on our external side door."

"Bob and Michael did an excellent job installing my new windows. I’m satisfied with Bob the Builders service."

"The work was professionally done and the team was both efficient and courteous. They installed windows that were ordered by a different contractor and had to compensate for some of that did not fit properly and ordered new to replace the ones that didnâ t fit. My home was clean and neat after each days work. I was comfortable leaving them alone in the house if I needed to run an errand while they were working."

"I had a wonderful experience using Excel. They came highly recommended to me and I ve since recommended them to friends. The new windows have made a difference in the noise level and in our energy costs. Customer services was wonderful. I had them come back to replace my sliding glass door recently and was just as happy. The installers were neat and skilled."

"We had to replace 3 windows and a huge patio door. The replacements were smooth and we love how easy they are to open/close. We can already feel the difference with our new patio door, and have a nice cozy family room now! Russ was incredibly helpful and accommodating with our timelines. The staff has always been friendly and quick to respond to us. We definitely recommend Chicago Window Guys!"

"We are overall pleased with the install. However, the guys who installed them left broken glass on my bedroom door that I stepped on. Also, the caulk around the outside could have been smoothed out. Other than that, it was all good."
