"Terrible experience. Dakota was awful at responding to any emails, calls, or texts. We essentially contracted with him and the morning he was supposed to start work, he said he was COVID-positive and would get back to us about rescheduling. We carry hundreds of parts and accessories for the basins along with access to thousands of other manufacturers parts via our warehouse. We also winterize hot tubs and insure them for re-opening.
"Horrible!! Hired SP Pools, to install new pool liner,DeLondon the owner, barely showed up, in stead hired sub-contractors to come in and do the job unsupervised. SP Pools brought wrong liner couldn't install it properly, took the money and left."
