"Scheduling was great, an appointment was made immediately and the contractor arrived on the day scheduled. After that problems started. The contractor mowed my lawn while raining and I had piles of wet grass left on my lawn. When the grass dried I had a big mess. The dead grass also killed areas of my lawn. I contacted customer service, forward photos and they rectified that problem by sending someone out to recut my lawn. I was willing to give them another chance. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance. The day I was due to have lawn mowed I received an email that it had been reschedule for the next day. The next day no one showed nor did I receive a call nor email at which point I terminated services. This is not a reliable business."

My winter lawn was spot clean, thatched, edged, the flower beds from last year cut down for new growth to spring up, and with their powerful blowers pathways and driveway were also spotless when they left. I never had such a positive experience with any Lawn Service. Oscar also comes weekly to mow the lawn. Another great team work; mow, edge, trim where the machines do not fit through and following clean up."
