We did order a tinted glass window for our bathroom, which came in untinted. Steve immediately took care of it, which Iâ m sure my neighbors appreciate. He also helped us change our order once it was in to add a second tinted window to our kids bathroom, which looks great. I texted Steve earlier to let him know my toddler has been petting his new bathroom window and cooing â window!â so suffice to say, everyone loves the job his team has done. "Russell gave us an estimate on the windows and glass door that needed replacing. The final cost was exactly as he estimated. We were given a date about 4 months later for the installation. When it got closer to the date, we got a call that they had a opening earlier than expected, so the installers were here about 10 days earlier than originally thought. It was a 2-day install which they told us when they arrived. They were very patient and answered all our questions, cleaned up nicely and were very professional."
