"This was phase 2 of 3 of my window and door project. I installed another patio door and 2 bathroom windows with privacy glass. Gus had his team replace all the rotted wood and add new aluminum capping on the exterior. The products came in earlier than expected and they were able to install everything well ahead of schedule. Again, I am so pleased my neighbor referred Lifetime to me as Gus was unbelievable to work with."

"The results are really nice, but just took too long to complete, otherwise our project would have been rated "A". The process started in late September 2019 when we were asking for estimates. We really liked working with Teresa and selected Excel for the project in November 2019. We got scheduled for January 6th, 2020 to start a project which was to take 2 to 3 weeks. Roman did the remodel and he was fantastic. Great workmanship and easy to schedule with. While 95% of the project was completed in three weeks, delays with the walk-in shower glass and the linen closet doors pushed that remaining 5% completion out weeks. Covid-19 then added to the delays. The linen closet doors were finally delivered on May 5th, 2020. We are happy with the end result, even after the delays."

"From the moment Steve showed up to our home to help quote our windows, the experience was comfortable, low-pressure, and unexpectedly speedy! Weâ d already made up our minds on another company when Steve arrived, as theyâ d sold us on their warranty and product, which was â unmatchedâ . Then, Steve came in with a more reasonable price, a turnaround time of 6 weeks instead of 6 months, a great product, the same amazing warranty (backed up by his incredibly personal service and support), and a knowledge of his product the other company lacked. He caught several up-sells the other rep snuck by us, and pointed out some impossible promises the other rep has made that would have resulted in us hating the final look of our home. The installation crew was punctual (my biggest complaint about the job, because Iâ m not a punctual person OR a morning person myself), polite, protected my home with detailed pre work to protect carpets and flooring, and super efficient. The whole house was done in 2 days. The carpets were in better shape than when Iâ d left as they vacuumed up dust, and saved me a chore I hate. Since the windows have been installed, my curtains no longer flutter when thereâ s a big breeze. My home is significantly quieterâ ¦ I hadnâ t realized it was so LOUD until the absence of sound was here. I canâ t wait to see my first gas bill with windows that donâ t leak. We did order a tinted glass window for our bathroom, which came in untinted. Steve immediately took care of it, which Iâ m sure my neighbors appreciate. He also helped us change our order once it was in to add a second tinted window to our kids bathroom, which looks great. I texted Steve earlier to let him know my toddler has been petting his new bathroom window and cooing â window!â so suffice to say, everyone loves the job his team has done. When a Rogue Golf Ball shattered one of our windows we were forced to make a decision. We contacted The Chicago Window Guys after seeing the spectacular work they did for my Neighbours home. I was connected with Mark who present us with a lot of options but made it very easy to make a decision with out being overwhelmed. The area of our house which we had re-windowed was very odd as it was 2 stories of 10 sliding glass doors in the 4 season room (5 on top and 5 on the bottom) installed by the original owner. Mark presented us with some great options. Once we came to a decision the work was scheduled and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Mark was always available to answer questions, the gentleman that measured the windows was on time, speedy and had a great customer service persona. The guys installing were friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I have more windows to replace and will be calling Chicago Window guys when that time comes. We also decided to have them do some of my other doors and will use them for many other projects in the future. I even told all my neighbours how good the work was. Several neighbours have since had them do work on their home as well. Besides the windows which we love we also had a back door replaced. Our 4 season room is no longer cold and drafty in the winter and we are so happy for the work. We have held several family functions in this room including a large Thanksgiving and Christmas gathering – which we would have never been able to do previously. Thank you Chicago Window Guys!"
