"From the moment Steve showed up to our home to help quote our windows, the experience was comfortable, low-pressure, and unexpectedly speedy! Weâ d already made up our minds on another company when Steve arrived, as theyâ d sold us on their warranty and product, which was â unmatchedâ . Then, Steve came in with a more reasonable price, a turnaround time of 6 weeks instead of 6 months, a great product, the same amazing warranty (backed up by his incredibly personal service and support), and a knowledge of his product the other company lacked. "Windows are good. Work was sloppy. Still finding shards of glass on the floor and the furniture a week after completion. Caulking looks like a third grader did it- including caulking the screen door to the frame. For this type of investment, they should act like professionals."
