They removed deck boards to discover a gap in the siding. Checked for water damage (thankfully no damage). Sealed the gap. I have not had any rainwater issues since. Price was totally reasonable. "Joe was very responsive from the start. He offered to come out quickly and give us an estimate. Upon review and approval, he was out to compete the fixing and restaining of our two decks. Joe was very adaptable and adjusted when we asked to have some additional changes made to our lattice work on the deck. He replaced all at a cost far below other quotes and the quality was great. After finishing the deck, Joe said he would be available to power wash, clean, and stain/seal out fence.
