They removed deck boards to discover a gap in the siding. Checked for water damage (thankfully no damage). Sealed the gap. I have not had any rainwater issues since. Price was totally reasonable. This included carpentry repairs to replace rotting window sills and deck stairs, stucco repair, painting and staining. Peter Fortune responded quickly to a request for a quote.
