My A/C stopped working during the summer 2021. Itâ s an older unit and I was certain I would need to replace. Jim (owner) was quick to respond and was at my home to inspect the unit within 24hrs. He immediately figured out what was wrong (capacitor) and had me back up and running within 30 mins. Thankfully, a simple, cheap fix but even more thankful of Jimâ s honesty as Iâ m doubtful other companies would of been so honest and professional. Highly recommend

Jim also replaced an aging furnace. I can't say enough good things about his operation -- prompt to respond, thorough in explaining (down to JPEGs) of problems that need attention, dependable service, good pricing. He recently fixed an HVAC thermostat problem in my condo that had most likely been caused by my tenant's well intended intervention -- with no charge. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Honest, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.
