Pro Temp did a great job! Good pricing with honest and knowledgeable staff. Was very impressed with the cleanliness of the work and quality pf the Lennox line. Jaime was quick to respond with all questions and made my wife and I feel comfortable with our decision. We did a full furnace and ac replacement. Nothing but great things to say here!

We were quoted an astronomical amount from four seasons. Got a second quote from temp pro- half the price!! They did a AWESOME job. My furnace replacement wasn't the headache I thought it was going to be. Fast, efficient, and looks amazing! Oh yeah works like a charm too! Thank you all so much!!

Overall great experience from start to finish. Jamie was responsive and did not pressure me into a sale unlike other companies. The price was also competitive. The team they sent out were professional and quick - they installed a new furnace in our crawlspace and thermostat in around 5 hours. Extremely satisfied with the results and will definitely recommend them to anyone in need.

These guys do solid work! Jamie was able to prepare a very reasonable quote using pics I took of my existing HVAC system. He had installers at my house one day later. They were very professional and did a terrific job. By far the best experience I've had with an HVAC company to date.

Jamie and his team did an outstanding job installing our new furnace and air conditioner. Their attention to detail was top-notch—from start to finish, everything was done cleanly, professionally, and with care. You can tell they take pride in their work. The system runs great, the install looks sharp, and they made sure everything was dialed in before they left. Jamie was very helpful, price was very competitive. So far, so good! Our AC was out - bad Freon leak - and we wanted a to replace it. My wife and I got quotes from four different companies and Pro Temp came in with the lowest on some very nice Lennox equipment. Jamie was very quick to respond and answer any questions I asked. We ended up replacing both our AC and Furnace. We closed the deal on a Monday and they came out and installed that Wednesday. The 2-man crew of Alex and Davis started around 9 am and finished around 5 pm on one of the hottest (and humid!!) days of the summer - near 100 degrees F. Even so, they didn't complain, were courteous, and also answered any questions I asked. If anything goes wrong, I'll update this review. As for now, we are sitting in a comfortable home now thanks to Pro Temp of Illinois. Thanks!!

Very good price, excellent installation, dressing all customer's concerns promptly. Jamie is very professional and super efficient. My previous HVAC contract/service company is a pain to work with. I wish I use Pro Temp of Illinois earlier. Recommended for everyone who has a need. I will use the maintenance service of Pro Temp of Illinois as well.
