"I recently bought a house and during the inspection issues with the drain tiles leading to the sump pump were identified.  I contacted a plumber who told me I'd have to dig down around the foundation to locate the source of the problem.  I decided to get a second opinion and I'm very glad I did!  Real Seal came out and told me that the drain tiles in the house are not around the foundation, but rather under the foundation.  If I'd listened to the original plumber I hired I would have had a backhoe dig up the yard for no reason!  Real Seal gave me the option to have new drain tile installed, but also determined that there is no indication of flooding issues in the basement.  For now I elected only to have them waterproof the exterior to resolve the water seepage issue on one wall.  An honest company who gave me sound advice and did good work, what more could you want!

"As the saying goes you can only have 2 out of the following three: great work, fast completion, or a great price. Power does great work and they are efficient, completely replacing my roof in a day, but they are EXPENSIVE-- well above the average price. They do give a 50 year guarantee on their work and it is transferable. If they were 30% cheaper, I would use them again in a heartbeat."

"New windows, soffit, fascia, Hardie siding, and gutters. All provided by 3 different crews at M&M. From working with our sales person Mike to working with the three crews and field supervisor Chad we were extremely pleased with the people and the work we had done. Basically we had the entire exterior of our 1962 house redone and we couldn't be happier. We were amazed at how smoothly the process went especially considering how big the project was. Our sales person Mike was integral in helping us figure out a plan of action. He was very thorough and patient. Showed us different options and walked the property with us several times in the beginning with no pressure sales tactics. He answered all of our questions and helped to problem solve "vintage house" issues on several occasions. The crews that came on three different stages were all amazing. I request a quote on a Friday evening through both their website and Home Advisor and John called Saturday to set up a time to come look at the roof and give us a quote.
