"Hector and his crew did an outstanding job.  My wife and I are very pleased with the work performed as well as how Hector provided excellent customer service.  He and his team went out of their way to ensure we were involved and happy with the process, from scheduling to explanations of the process and what to expect.  Hector gave us great advice on what to do after they are gone and what they can be called for for follow up.  The crew worked hard, long hours to get the job done as promptly as possible, even coming in over both Saturday and Sunday.  I have to mention that I called Hector after interviewing six other contractors in the area, that had not satisfied me to hire them.  I decided to expand my search on Angie's List and I saw Professional Concrete and all the great reviews it had.  I decided to contact them and ask if they would come out even though they are in Kenosha.  And they did come out.  Hector impressed us right away.  His patience and ability of explaining what to expect was what we were looking for.  The price we paid is fair and we are very happy.  The completed work is great.  The driveway is perfect.  The front porch is outstanding.  And the back patio is ready for next summer's cook outs!  We feel we have found a very good company for concrete work!  Thank you, Hector and team!

"Had a few problems at the start. Due mostly to Covid closing the asphalt plant. I had a concrete walk, Front porch and Asphalt Driveway installed. All work done in a professional manner. The sidewalk lined up with the Asphalt drive. Driveway had to be pitched in two different directions. No puddles and the water flow of the driveway is excellent. Cleaned up was so good it looked like they were never there. Sal went above and beyond what needed to be done. I am very pleased with the job and would recommend them to anyone wanting a perfect job done in a timely fashion."

"Gibran and his crew were the hardest working crew I've ever seen. They arrived 15 minutes before scheduled each day (3 in total) and worked hard with very few breaks. They were neat and tidied up the site as they went and at the end of each day. I had a few things that had to be brought from the street to the house and the garage and they voluntarily helped me carry them through the war zone that was the demo area of the driveway. They all clearly care about the work they are doing and take pride in doing it. Communication skills are very high. I did have other contractors bid on the work and although their pricing was competitive, only Gibran (5 Star's owner) suggested adding drains to our catch basin to reduce the potential of standing water near our foundation. The existing driveway was approximately 100 years old. The neighbor's lot line is the edge of our driveway, so Gilbran suggested we do his walkway as well, since it would not look good o have the new and century old concrete side by side. The crew took great care to make sure that these two old homes were not damaged during the entire process. Gilbran is a good family man. We shared photos of our daughters and talked about his ambitions. He is the kind of person you know who takes his job and community seriously. He is a good salesman and delivers what he promises."

"This was my first experience working with Ecoscape, and I was very impressed! Harvey was my primary contact. He is a great communicator and kept me updated on the status of the job throughout the process and responded to questions promptly and thoughtfully. He and his crew showed up when they said they would, and did an excellent job. I had a new paver and stone sidewalk installed to replace an existing concrete and gravel walkway. Everything was done very efficiently and effectively. Harvey provided some suggestions on the new paver pattern, and made sure that I was happy with it before installation. The sidewalk installation itself looks great! The crew also made sure to clean up the site when they were done. He was able to design a beautiful patio that incorporated a flow from the back door to the patio, to the driveway, to a second backyard entrance and the garage - tying everything together into an attractive package. He also worked through several suggestions of different materials to solve an issue with an entrance to a new back porch. 3D’s attention to grading and drainage works perfectly, making the patio immediately useable after a heavy rain. The installers were courteous, skilled, and thorough with the cleanup after completing the job. We highly recommend them!"
