He gave a fixed price for the service (awesome to know what you're going to have to pay rather than constantly watch the clock or another pile of money to pay). Him and his crew showed up the next morning and they fixed the clog. He was articulate with the problem and gave me advice on avoiding it in the future. They called back and checked on how everything was working 24 hours after the install, and scheduled a second visit to make sure everything was working well and that I was happy with the result.
