"It's the worst air duct cleaning company. Last week, they came and performed air duct and dryer vents, unfortunately, lot of dust still coming through the system. When j went and checked filter lot of dust piled up on the filter. The person who came up for air duct cleaning told me while leaving, he had cleaned filter, need not replace it for another 2months, but the very next day itself when I went checked lot of dust piled up onto filter."

"Service tech arrived at the appointed time. He disassembled the dryer vent pipes and then proceeded to put a steel brush on a series of extensions. A electric drill was attached to the extensions. Once the extensions reached the end of the run, the brush was rotated and pulled back and forth 2 or 3 times. At the bottom of the run was a vacuum cleaner to suck up the lint that had been captured. He then reassembled the dryer vent pipes. He then removed the dryer filter and using approximately ½” plastic pipe inserted the pipe in the area when the filter had been and pulled out quite a bit of lint. He then went outside to clean the lint that could not be reached from the inside. He then removed old duct tape that I had used to seal the pipes and replaced with HVAC Duct Sealing Tape"

"My simple advice is to ask for all costs upfront in writing. This was a two day job, but it should have been a one day job, I will get into that later. The repair was fine but the communication and billing was unacceptable. I was told by the technician in the field that the $179 Service charge would be credited to the final bill, which is what I am used to with other service comanies like plumbers. Because of that I agreed to the work. I was then surprised to see the service charge on my final bill as well as a $50 extra deposit fee. I called the office and they said that they never credit the service charge, perhaps it was a miscommunication error, and that they would correct the extra deposit fee. But there was no accountability or responsibility for their uniformed field tech who essentially lied to me. I feel it was dishonest and a bad business practice to not offer any kind of discount for their mistake. They also showed up the first day and then went to the warehouse to get the part but came back with the wrong part. They then had to reschedule for the following week because it was 3pm on Friday and the warehouse was now closed and they couldn't get the part until later. They offered to do the work over the weekend but that would incur overtime charges. I told them I would not pay overtime charges for a mistake they made getting the wrong part. Overall I am very dissatisfied with the company and would not recommend them."

They did not stand behind the thermostat they installed less than 45 days ago. They charged over 200 dollars for a thermostat I found on Amazon for 50 dollars plus another 200 in service fees.
