Needed a new boiler at the end of 2017. Called Pure Air Specialists Inc. the Indiana number, they responded right away, came out gave me an estimate without a salesperson or any big sales pitch, which was nice after a few salesmen. After the estimate, Mike took the time to answer all my questions and there were many. He was well educated on their products and services. He explained exactly what was going to happen so there were no surprises. Mike and David arrived when they said they would and started working right away, they had to do some extra work on the floor to fit the boiler, which they were great about, they went above and beyond for me. Excellent efficiency, cleanliness, they really cleaned up after they were finished didn’t leave any trash or old parts behind. (even clean the stairs) They were professional but very friendly, can’t say enough great things about them. They made sure to fit me in before it got really cold since I had no heat at all. I am completely satisfied with the price and all the work that was done. The boiler it self is great, set it on a certain temp and I haven’t had to touch it since, gets warm quickly and its quiet. When the time comes to replace my air conditioner I will be calling them .

Everything was great. They removed all of the debris from the yard and the crawl space. I would recommend them to anyone needing a furnace/air conditioner replacement.

Pure Air Specialists was impressively prompt and well priced for the work that needed to be done. I was able to go from scheduling a quote to having new ductwork in a timeframe of 10 days, which was fantastic considering my own availability. The work was done within a 6 hours, and the results are clear when I feel hot (rather than slightly warmed) air coming from my vents again! I will definitely consider them again when I decide to get my upstairs ducts and furnace blower cleaned.

Got my air ducts clean, am air purifier and my furnace clean. I also got my furnace inspected that reveals some concerns for the future. The Technician was clean, friendly, and seemed knowledgeable.

Good it was a long process

Perfect! I could not ask for a better team of professionals. I am completely satisfied with the price and all the work that was done to replace both our furnace and air conditioner. We also got a humidifier installed which is working wonderfully. We also had our air ducts cleaned out. Definitely recommend Pure Air Specialists for all your HVAC work.

It went very smooth. They are very professional, explained everything to us on how to operate and set the new thermometer. We did have a few questions pop up in the following weeks and they were more than happy to either answer them on the phone or drive out to Valpo and walk us through what we were having issues with. Not to mention they were cheaper than everyone else we called! ?

It went perfectly. The salesman who sold us the unit, was the one who came back and installed it. He was very good and cleaned up after himself. He even came back and cleaned my ducts too. They were very prompt and would be there when they said they would. This was a very nice company to work with.

It went excellent! They also installed our AC and furnace last year. They're very polite, neat and got the work done in a timely fashion. They showed up on time and even gave me a discount.

Very, very good. I didn't even really know they were there. They took the old units out and put the new units in just like that. They were very nice and showed me the new systems were and how to change the air filter. They were very professional and are just great people.

I was very happy with the duct work, and where they put the furnace in. I used to do this kind of work, and it was done to my satisfaction. They gave me a good deal, and I got a top line furnace/ac. My electric bill has gone down significantly. They gave me  a great finance option, with a very good interest rate. This was my first time using this company, and would highly recommend them!

I was property manager and met many contractors. Never in my life have I met someone this courteous, knowledgeable about their trade. I had problems one time and they came out here within the next day and installed another PVC pipes which was at no charge for me. Absolutely stupendous work. I have them come out every year to do tune-up work on the products.
