SPRINGSOFT INTERNATIONAL

The experience was very good.  The salesman (Al) was very attentive and patient to explain the system and worked with us to help find the best solution.  The installer (Tony) was great.  He took the time to sort through the mess of pipes that we had and cleaned it up with a very good solution.

In todays day and age customer service seems to be a thing of the past. People don't want to spend the time to connect and provide a high touch quality experience. In this instance I was pleasantly surprised. Springsoft is great company with a great reputation but more importantly Lou Negron provided my with an unparalleled customer experience. He came out to look at my current system (not springsoft) and helped me figure out where my system was failing and the most cost effective way to fix it. What was most interesting is that once he saw that my system wasn't working efficiently he didn't start into some pitch about how his high end system would end all my problems and that my system was completely garbage. Instead he looked to identify where the breakdown was and why it was happening. To say I was at ease with his approach is an understatement. He even followed up with me a few days later to see if I had any questions about what we talked about. He is extremely knowledgeable about his industry and has been doing this for over 30 years. In my case I found "my guy" to help me for many years to come and would recommend him to any of my family or friends. I believe he is truly there to help and not just make a quick buck. Thanks Lou!

They have an answering service, which is good, and they called back promptly on the next business day.  However, the cost for the service I needed was way out of range compared to my previous service.

Lou was simply oustanding.  He is one of the friendliest, most reponsive, and most professional people I've ever met.  He really went above and beyond the call of duty to help me yesterday, and I will be sure to provide him more business!  You won't find too many people like Lou in the service business anymore - he is a gem.

I had a lot of trouble getting to the bottom of why my water suddenly was full of iron and staining everything in the house.  I am new to this dwelling and do not understand wells.  I had contacted several well inspecting companies and was unable to get anyone to come out to inspect.  Suddenly I called a reliable well company and it was recommended to me that I start by having my water softner checked and they recommended Springsoft.  I made an appointment, half expecting another bad incounter but was pleasantly surprised by the person who made the appointment but more importantly by the service man they sent.  He was the BEST! He took time with me and explained the functions and controls on the water softer very clearly.  He also inspected the softner and flushed it thru to make sure it was working properly.  He explained how to set it so it regenerated during a slow water use time (like the middle of the night) because it had been regenerating irregularly but not at a low use time.  I was very happy with the knowledge he displayed and how readily he taught me to be a knowledgeable owner of this here to for mysterious gadget.  BEST ENCOUNTER OF ITS KIND IN YEARS!!!!!!  This service man should get a raise!!!!!  Thank you for saving my sanity. 

Terrible - story related above.

BOTH THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE AND THE INSTALLER WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR JOBS. INSTALLER KEPT WORK AREA CLEAN AND WAS CAREFUL NOT TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO ANYTHING IN THE AREA WHERE HE WORKED. BOTH WERE ALSO VERY GOOD ABOUT ANSWERING ANY QUESTIONS I HAD ABOUT THE PRODUCT AND INSTALLATION.

ONLY RECOMMENDATION IS THAT THEY SHOULD PROVIDE POST-INSTALLATION WATER ANALYSIS AS A FREE SERVICE AFTER 90 DAYS TO MAKE CERTAIN THE SYSTEM IS TREATING THE WATER PROPERLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD.

1ST GUY SAYS WE NEED NEW SOFTENER, BUT THE IRON FILTER WORKS (AFTER HE BANGS AROUND ON IT). CO-INCIDENTALLY, AFTER SERVICE MAN LEAVES, AND BEFORE SOFTENER IS INSTALLED, THE HOT WATER STARTS SMELLING LIKE SULFUR. NEW WATER SOFTENER INSTALLED BY SOME GUY WHO WAS IN A HURRY. AS A RESULT, HE INSTALLED THE UNIT A GOOD FOOT AWAY FROM THE WALL, AND NOW THAT'S WHERE WE'RE STUCK WITH IT. (ALSO, I HAD TO ASSIST HIM IN CUTTING SOME PIPE, OR HE WOULD HAVE KNOCKED/CUT SOME OTHER PIPES OFF THE WALL.) INSTALLER ALSO COULD NOT GIVE ANY INFO REGARDING HOW MUCH SALT TO ADD OR HOW OFTEN. SERVICEMAN CAME OUT AGAIN TO CHECK WHY OUR WATER STILL SMELLED AND COULD NOT BE OF ANY HELP. HE SAID ALL THEIR EQUIPMENT WAS WORKING. WOULD NOT GIVE US ADVICE ON HOW TO ADJUST SOFTNESS OF WATER, SINCE IN HIS OPINION, IT WAS JUST RIGHT. ALSO TO NOTE: DON'T BOTHER MAKING APPOINTMENTS FOR THE AFTERNOON, BECAUSE THEY JUST LIKE TO COME WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT.
