"Fantastic. I have a large wood burning fireplace that was due for service. Chris created a video of the chimney from top to bottom that clearly indicated how bad it actually was. It was determined that it would be ultimately be much cheaper to install a gas insert than completely repair. Being a country boy, all my life I've had a wood burning fireplace and enjoyed the smell & general 'ambiance" that it provided, but now I don't miss it a bit. Most importantly, my gas bill is noticeably lower. Chris even stopped by several weeks later just to make sure everything was running smoothly. After inspecting the chimmey, we found out we need some maintenance inside and around the chimmey also. We were given what I'd call a reasonable price for parts and labor and agreed to have the work done.
