Although I wasn't present during the installation, the carpet looks and feels professionally done. I initially needed a carpet due to noise complaints from my neighbor and was hesitant about adding one. After discussing it with my neighbor, I decided to proceed. The carpet they installed looks and feels amazing! I just wanted a quick solution to reduce noise, so I gave them the measurements and left the rest to them. They exceeded my expectations and truly nailed it! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. They transformed my space into a cozy, inviting haven, and I couldn't be happier. I love the carpet 100% and definitely recommend these guys! "It was horrible. Ken came by my house with 2 sheets of dry wall, which I didn't need. Laid down paper on the floor for his workers. So what he was actually doing was staging the project. He didn't have his contract in order. After looking at the contract, he notice something was wrong and could not figure out what happen. The price he quoted me was $5100. Then he thought that was too low, so he went back to his truck to make some changes and came back with a lower quote, but I said well I want the $5100 quote for the entire job as quoted before. After he made changes to the contract, I signed. The next day his workers come out start working. They took the toilet and sink and then he calls me and tells me "Oh you have to buy the materials. He could have told me that up front but instead he said look at the contract. He was very misleading. This guy should be band from Angie's List. I had to spend additional $600 dollars for back splash. Then he tells me I owe him $168 dollars for materials that his workers bought that was not part of the contract. Like contractor garbage bags, pencils, water, etc. I just paid him and told him I will finish the work. Now I have to buy a toilet and a sink for my vanity that he took. B******."

"I had a leaking shower...thought it was because of the plumbing but it was actually because my original shower was not installed correctly. Tom expressed concern over this and explained the cause of the problem and what needed to be done. Best experience to date with a contractor. Tom and his crew were awesome! Quick to respond, very knowledgable and great guys. Tom provided me with good information on making my tile selection. Offered top quaility products and showed me ways to save money. He even coordinated with the plumber so I didn't have to also deal with that. They estimated the job would take 1-2 weeks and it was done in a week and half. They always cleaned up before they left for the day. I will definitely use them again if the need should arise."

"I went to Angi to look for someone to put a small door up on an opening in the wall above my staircase in the living room. The closest I could get to what I needed done was drywall install. So that’s the listing I asked for with Angi. I got 2 companies. I requested quotes from both companies , but neither one responded with a quote. I received a text from someone about the job I needed done. I never got a name from the person that texted me or the company he worked for. In my haste to get the job set up I didn’t ask his name or what company he worked for. He asked me to send pictures of the job I wanted done and I did that and he quoted me a price of $ 220.00. I accepted. We texted back and forth ma couple times more for what day and time to do it. In all those texts I never got a name for him or the company he worked for. I saved the texts back and forth between us and when I did not have a receipt for the work done I used our texts to one another to reach out with another text about needing a receipt. Instead I got a call back from a quite rude person that when I answered she said what’s going on here. She did not identify herself to me or why she was calling me at first. She never did identify herself to me but I finally figured out that she was calling about the text I sent about needing a receipt. She was concerned that I wasn’t happy with the work done. I told her that was Okay, but I needed a receipt for the work done because I didn’t get one. She seemed pretty dismissive of me when she found out that’s all I needed. I told her that I had to have a receipt and that it had to have the Company name address and phone number on it, had to have what the job was that I hired them to do on it, how much they quoted as the price, what form I paid them with ( it was paid in cash), date the work was done, that the work was fully completed and that it was paid with cash and paid in full. She said she could do that and I thanked her for her time. She also told me that they were the company that did the work at my home, she read off my address to me. So I’ve been waiting for a receipt to show up in my mail and so far I have not received it. The company I believe that did this job for me is; LDM Tile and Remodeling LLC.
