"We were very pleased with this company. Bob came out measured and showed us 3 grades of carpet and padding that he would recommend for us based on the amount of traffic in the room. At no time did he try to push the more expensive options and actually said that the middle grade of both would definitely work for our situation. He also helped decide which color would work best in our room. A week and a half later, our room was finished and we are so pleased with the results. The installers (who were wonderfu!) took up the old carpeting and padding, removed it from our property, and also moved the heavier pieces of furniture. The installers have worked their for years and that says a lot.

After going through a back porch remodel enclosing to a mudroom, we wanted a pet friendly, water resistant and durable floor so we went with vinyl plank. The store had many options, and time frame to get material was within a week. We checked out a 'sale' prior at a trendy well known Lincoln Avenue store, only to be met with double the cost and attitude. So we ended up back at Exposition and it was a done deal within 2 weeks.

I thought I had reviewed them on AL, but realized I hadn't when the list asked if members had any feedback.

"I had 2 bathrooms done. The material they use is very nice and easy to maintain. The best out of all the people we looked at. The salesman was very nice and very response but there are issues with our install that were not taken care of. First the product that was packed and shipped was not correct. They had the wrong size base and I had to prove it to them by taking pics with a ruler to get it correct. Next, they had the wrong color fixtures for one of the bathrooms. Then the installation team broke a panel on one and still put it up. The 3 wall panels were not all the same. one was shine, another was a completely different look on the color pattern, and one was cracked. I had to call on that. It was replaced. However, in both bathrooms the installation crew which I was told was the best dropped the one panel and gouged my floor which was left as is even though I was told it would be made correct.
