Excellent work performed. A number of stains removed that other DIY attempts had not removed. Representative was polite, efficient, and thorough. He was also very mindful of our two terrified cats. The final cost was lower than the estimate that was provided over the phone. We will definitely hire again.

I thought the price was a little high, but after I had seen how hard Dylan worked and how thorough the cleaning was I was impressed. I will definitely hire Ecosteam again. Note! No chemical odor, just very clean. My allergies are even better

Although delayed by an earlier job, Dylan arrived and got right to work. He was extremely professional and explained every step and what we could expect as the carpet dried. I had originally signed up to have the wood floors cleaned, but Dylan evaluated them and said they did not need it, saving a good deal of time and money. Thank goodness for his professionalism on this! Both carpets were badly stained in many places by pets and humans. They are miraculously clean now and the smell is fading fast. I thought we would have to replace carpets to sell the house. now we don't have to. Again what a savings! I would recommend Ecosteam unconditionally. Thank you!

The team at Ecosteam Now is very professional. Tony came out to clean the family room carpet and also took away the area rug and brought it back. He did a great job of cleaning the wall-to-wall, was very professional and really seemed to know what he was doing, even offering some good suggestions. Really appreciated that when he delivered the area rug after cleaning, he also placed it back where it should go when. Wasn't expecting that and that was a big plus. We would definitely hire them again.

Great. These guys are by far the best carpet cleaners I have ever dealt with. Some other cleaners had made a mess, spreading dirt on the carpet between the couch and a table; a 2nd carpet cleaner had said he could not improve it. Ecosteam Now made it look great. They are very honest about what they can, and what they may not be able to, accomplish. They return at no charge if stains re-emerge within a certain period of time. They are more expensive than some others but are infinitely better.

Tony was very honest and advised me that my couch would not clean up very well. It's just too far gone. He did a test cushion though, so we could at least see the outcome. He is also very courteous & professional & also helped me with a small spot on my carpet I niticed just today. He also was on time & called before he arrived.

Tony called when on the way. Arrived on time. Took measurements & gave cost prior to work. Job well done! Confusion when appt was being confirmed. Told they would not move 'Any' furniture. Tony said this is not true. They will move sectionals, small furnicture

Dylan was extremely professional and did a great job in thoroughly cleaning our microfiber couches. He also spot cleaned an area on one of our rugs that he noticed while he was cleaning the couches and did not charge us for this. He was also very friendly and helpful with any questions we had.
