"I've used Exposition Carpeting for more than 20 years now.  They have an excellent selection and are extremely helpful, and their prices are reasonable.  When our basement flooded last year, we had wanted to get the same carpeting that had been ruined in the flood, but it was discontinued.  They were SO helpful in poring over books and helping us find something very similar.  There was a miscommunication among their staff which caused our order to be somewhat delayed, but that was the first time I'd had anything less than a stellar experience with them.

That meant the wood of the couch foundation was left directly on the wet carpet which left a large stain. I had to call them back 3 times before the stain was completely removed and guards were put underneath couch wile every thing dried."

This carpet is a Berber and did not clean as well as the other stairwell. The Berber Carpet is a much tighter weave. The entire carpet took longer to dry than the stated 2 to 4 hours.
