For the past 28 years, our home-based Wall to Wall Carpets has been operating from mostly customer referrals. Our installers are highly skilled on every carpet we sell. All installations are overseen by the owner, Greg Kowalski, a 31-year professional carpet installer as well. Also, every Free in-home estimate & sample gallery set-up is personally performed by the owner himself. Padding is a very high priority in our company; we only use the ABSOLUTE BEST in the industry with every carpet we sell. Every customer is furnished with a Life of the House Padding Warranty document directly from the manufacturer we use. Our padding of choice exceeds every carpet manufacturer's requirements and can remain and be used through multiple carpet replacements. There will never be a need for a pad replacement, it will be a one-time purchase. All our installations have a lifetime warranty on top of our carpet manufacturer of choice's warranties. "I needed a new binding for one side of a sisal rug. Minasian found a near-perfect color match, so that it wasn't necessary to replace the binding on the other three sides, thus saving me a bundle of money. They also cleaned the rug and treated it with a stain guard. The whole project took almost 8 weeks---longer than I thought it should. But Minasian kept me informed through the process, and "comped" the materials charge (for the binding) for the delay. The pick-up and delivery occurred exactly at the appointed times."

"This was my first time using this place. I had two large rugs picked up for cleaning on Feb 9 and they were returned on Feb 16. The rugs were dropped off. When I opened them, there was still dog hair on them. I called right away to describe the dog hair I found and they sent the drivers back to pick them up again. I was guaranteed by Donna that the carpets would be looked at again and cleaned of dog hair. I expressed via email my disappointment. They've been in business over 100 years, you can't tell me my carpet is the first one that had dog hair on it that they ever received. Carpet was returned Wed Feb 23. The larger rug was totally clean and that was the rug that was the dirtiest. The smaller was was not as bad but yes it had dog hair on it. For what I paid, I expect to get the rugs back with NO dog hair. However, the smaller rug still had dog hair on it. Based on their website video and statements listed, these rugs should have been 100% clean. I received no call asking if I was satisfied with the rugs. I will not be using them again.
