They also had to apply latex to part of the backing to assure it would be strong enough to stretch in one section. The individual they sent was extremely knowledgeable and did everything to save the carpeting for the time being. He did a wonderful job.

"I had to call them to come back as they had left a big stain by moving couch and cleaning under it, but then did not put any guards under the couch. That meant the wood of the couch foundation was left directly on the wet carpet which left a large stain. This carpet is a Berber and did not clean as well as the other stairwell. The Berber Carpet is a much tighter weave. The entire carpet took longer to dry than the stated 2 to 4 hours.
