MINASIAN RUG CARE SERVICE

I needed a new binding for one side of a sisal rug. Minasian found a near-perfect color match, so that it wasn't necessary to replace the binding on the other three sides, thus saving me a bundle of money. They also cleaned the rug and treated it with a stain guard. The whole project took almost 8 weeks---longer than I thought it should. But Minasian kept me informed through the process, and "comped" the materials charge (for the binding) for the delay. The pick-up and delivery occurred exactly at the appointed times.

Had a relatively small area rug and took in into their shop for cleaning. Was given a discount for having brought it in myself. Was cleaned and returned within the quoted timeframe.

They picked up and dropped off on time, were neat and professional, and my carpets look great! The one carpet (runner) in particular looked almost brand new.

They did a great job.  Sent two men to pick them up.  The cleaning was done very well and the rugs were delivered back - if I remember correctly - as promised.  
I would definitely use them again.

Went the extra mile. Because the rugs were very dirty, they washed them twice at no additional cost. Beautiful job and wonderful service. Visiting the store and talking about fine rugs was an enjoyable experience.

The staff seems very knowledgeable and made recommendations as to which rug was worth repairing. I have no idea what this sort of service should cost, but feel they did a good job. I'm happy with the results

They returned my call immediately, picked up the rugs the same day, delivered them back to my home the day they had promised, and set them up for me. The price was even lower than I had expected. Excellent.

Excellent. They came and picked up the rugs at our old house as arranged. They contacted me promptly to discuss the services needed and arrange for me to meet with them to look at the rugs and decide on a strategy. They cleaned the rugs well and without incident. When I visited to discuss repairs, we looked at the rugs, they described the damage caused by a cat that is no longer with us and what they would do to repair it, they taught me about my rugs and helped me to have a much better understanding of these beautiful and valuable assets. Then they cleaned the rugs and stored them for 6 months, when they called to find out what i wanted to do. I was ready to pick them up so we arranged a time and the rugs were ready when I arrived. They look beautiful - clean and well-repaired and well cared for in during storage. The cost was less than what I expected. A very good experience. We're delighted.

I inherited this rug from a deceased elderly cousin. It had an added fringe on it. Minisian identified the type of rug and said it was worth repairing. They took off the added fringe and made a small fringe from the rug itself. They also professionally cleaned the rug making it much brighter. I thought it was very expensive, at the time, but I am glad I had it fixed by an expert.The rug is beautiful and I have enjoyed it very much.
