"Vinny came over to my home the same day to give an estimate as I needed to replace my exisiting humidifier. I already knew it wasn’t working and super old so best to replace it. By cleaning your AC coils once a year, you’ll have a more efficient unit that’s likely to last longer.

If the air coming from your AC unit is cool but never quite cold, there are a few reasons this might be happening. For starters, it could signal that your refrigerant levels are low. If there are no other indications of this particular issue, like hissing noises or frozen refrigerant lines, anything from dirty filters to damaged condenser or evaporator coils could be responsible for the problem.

A calculation method that your HVAC contractor will use to ensure your system does what it's supposed to is measuring duct output, or its CFM. The calculation requires knowing the cross-sectional area of the ductwork and determining the air speed past any given point within it.
