Daniel also provided good tips for how we could perform preventative maintenance on our kitchen sink drain line, and he showed me what part I would need to order to be able to remove and clean our faucet aerator to help restore proper water pressure. "It was 10am during the week between Christmas and New Years day. My main water valve inside the house was stuck in the off position so I had no water for toilets, sinks.... Chris from the company made it out to my house in advance of the Noon appointment and worked with the village (the village has to turn on\off the water from outside to my house) to get the repair completed within 2.5 hours, which was amazing.
