"We are new homeowners and had a hole in our septic tank made of concrete block, which was sending wastewater into the foundation/basement of the home. It was my first time using Angie's List, and I would recommend Illinois Sewer and Drain to anyone. Joe and his team of experts solved our issue immediately at an affordable price. They even went above and beyond to install a sump pump in our basement to help with the rain water. Quality work!!"

"Excellent work. The same day that my 40 gallon Whirlpool hot water heater stopped working I was able to have Four Seasons install a new Rheem (short) 40 gallon hot water heater."

"Danny D, Jerry, and Adam, y’all are stuck with me as a client lol. They provided excellent service, funny, kind, accommodating and explained all that they were doing and all of our goals in maintaining my plumbing. They went above and beyond and I know in the future this is my go to team for our plumbing needs. They showed up last year and this year and just taught me so much in maintaining my home system and their expertise!!!"

"It took research & creativity to solve our water softener problem. Was told by 3 plumbers it could not be accomplished w/o installing in the dining room! Water Pros found a compact unit that was installed in my kitchen & has been working beautifully!"

"Mark installed an osmosis system and troubleshooted my old water softener. Turns out, I didn't need a new system. Culligan waters wanted to sell me parts costing more than a new softener. Very reasonably priced and professional."

"Water was accumulating in the base of our dishwasher and some leaked out of the dishwasher onto the floor. We thought the drain was clogged and called Park Ridge Appliance Service. Nick called back and set up an appointment for the next day. He called that day to let us know that he could come earlier than our appointment time, which was even better for us. Nick and his assistant arrived shortly following the call and quickly determined that our problem was not a clogged drain but a faulty dishwasher water shut off valve. He had a replacement part on his truck. The two men quickly and efficiently took the dishwasher apart to replace the valve. Nick also noticed that the wood paneling front on our dishwasher was not properly secured and fixed that too, using Bosch screws that he conveniently had in his truck inventory.
Finally, Nick noticed that our dishwasher was caked with excess detergent scaling and provided us with two packets of citric cleaner which worked wonders on cleaning the dishwasher interior. He also recommended that we change the type of detergent to prevent such buildups in the future.
Our dishwasher now works very well and our dishes and glasses are sparkling like when the machine was new. My wife was so pleased, she had to call Nick to express our thanks again for doing such a great job.
NIck is a highly knowledgeable, efficient, and professional serviceman. He is punctual and courteous and has our highest recommendation."
