"We had an exterior door to our garage that would not close/latch properly and therefore presented a security risk. I called multiple companies for quotes and explained we'd like to try repairing the door first, but are open to replacing it if necessary. He came by the very next day after I called, immediately found core problem with the door (simple loose screws in the hinges) and fixed then and there.
