From the first interaction to schedule an estimate to the moment the worker crew finished my job, these folks made the whole process seamless. He also made sure that the manufacturer quality processes were understood and the certified skills of the workmen doing the installation. I have had a lot of construction done on my home in the last year â and usually an improvement project ended up with something broken, blemished, ruined or dirty â which created a lot of stress and angst for me as a homeowner. With Remodel Go it was one of the most stress-free experiences Iâ ve had with ANY contractor; the crew showed up on time, got right to work and quickly replaced 9 windows and a 3-pane sliding glass door with hardly a remnant of dust left behind!! They took great care to protect surfaces, clean all windows inside and out, remove all debris and waste and worked efficiently to finish as quickly as possible. "I waited quite a while to do a review because with a sliding balcony door, you want to see how it holds up through the seasons and if there are problems, you want to see if those get resolved. First, there were no problems whatsoever over the past year that weâ ve had the new door. It slides beautifully, never sticks, seals well to keep out the cold (or keep in the cold in the case of AC). The glass has held up well, no mottling, and we got super strong screening on the screen section because of a squirrel / dog issue. The screening has also held up. We continue to be pleased with the door. At the time it was installed, it was done well. We were told exactly what to expect in terms of the wait for when it would arrive and our expectations were managed well. Everyone was friendly and professional and all has stood up. We never had to call them for any repairs or adjustments. I can now say it has all been five-star."
