"We had an exterior door to our garage that would not close/latch properly and therefore presented a security risk. I called multiple companies for quotes and explained we'd like to try repairing the door first, but are open to replacing it if necessary. Multiple other companies told us there was no other option but to replace the door. Robert's company was the last one on our list to gather a quote from. He came by the very next day after I called, immediately found core problem with the door (simple loose screws in the hinges) and fixed then and there. The fix was so simple, he didn't even charge us. I so appreciate that Robert wasn't trying to scam us into a bigger more expensive project of replacing the entire door. He is honest and quickly finds the root of the problem. We will be hiring Robert's company exclusively moving forward for our various projects around the house. Feeling so lucky to have found him! Thanks so much, Robert!"

"This review is for Remodel Go Windows & Doors in Palatine, IL. In a single sentence, Ed and his team exemplify customer service â more companies should emulate their model. From the first interaction to schedule an estimate to the moment the worker crew finished my job, these folks made the whole process seamless. Ed took great care to thoroughly explain what types of windows were available, window features and village code requirements for the job. He also made sure that the manufacturer quality processes were understood and the certified skills of the workmen doing the installation. I have had a lot of construction done on my home in the last year â and usually an improvement project ended up with something broken, blemished, ruined or dirty â which created a lot of stress and angst for me as a homeowner. With Remodel Go it was one of the most stress-free experiences Iâ ve had with ANY contractor; the crew showed up on time, got right to work and quickly replaced 9 windows and a 3-pane sliding glass door with hardly a remnant of dust left behind!! They took great care to protect surfaces, clean all windows inside and out, remove all debris and waste and worked efficiently to finish as quickly as possible. I was so impressed with this company I wanted to write this review of their outstanding service. Thank you to Ed in his crew for making this such a great experience! I highly recommend Remodel Go!"

"I hired EcoChamp to replacement 11 windows and a sliding patio door. Gus was very helpful and educational in the quoting process; he did a great job helping us understand options and price ranges. Pricing was very competitive, especially compared to two other companies on Angie's List. I would highly recommend Ecochamp!"

"Tom and Andrew did a great job installing my patio door today. Highly efficient and completely thorough. I would absolutely recommend them for a future home improvement project when needed."

"Prompt and professional.Solved my problem on patio sliding door."

"They did a great job. My back exterior door needed a full replacement, including adding two inches of frame to the top to standardize our door size for our older house. Dynamic was responsive to my calls and texts, communicated well, and ultimately did a great job with the door installation. It looks great and is exactly what I was hoping for."

"It went extremely well. Being female, many contractors gave me obscenely high quotes and didn't detail out prices (which I requested). Working with John at Best Windows was such a pleasure. He listened to my needs, was candid, honest, and detailed out pricing. Also, he provides the highest quality service for the best price. His team (pleasant & professional) Installed 14 windows. I expected minor issues. And John/team were quick to respond and fixed them immediately. I highly, highly recommend Best Windows."

"The Chicago Window Guys is a great company to have install your windows and doors. the owner Russ came out and was not aggressive or pushy like other companies. He was patient and truly listened to what me needs were. Since I have a big home I wasn't able to have all my windows done at once. This was ok! Russ worked with my budget and I got a new patio door, kitchen window and living room window. I was concerned about how well they will block out noise since I live close to a train track. The door and windows are great at reducing noise and keeping my home cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The installers were professional and did a great, high quality and thorough job. Will use this company again to get the rest of my windows done."

"I was having a problem with the glass door of my shower, with the door scraping against the hinged side of the glass. AG Glass arrived when they said they would and completed the repair right then. The door works great, no more scraping sound every time it opens and closes. I'm very happy with the work, highly recommend!"

"There were efficient, came as projected, did window replacement and screen door and were on their way. There was a screw missing on the screen door, but repairman didn't fix."
