From the first interaction to schedule an estimate to the moment the worker crew finished my job, these folks made the whole process seamless. Ed took great care to thoroughly explain what types of windows were available, window features and village code requirements for the job. He also made sure that the manufacturer quality processes were understood and the certified skills of the workmen doing the installation. I have had a lot of construction done on my home in the last year â and usually an improvement project ended up with something broken, blemished, ruined or dirty â which created a lot of stress and angst for me as a homeowner. "The Chicago Window Guys is a great company to have install your windows and doors. the owner Russ came out and was not aggressive or pushy like other companies. He was patient and truly listened to what me needs were. Since I have a big home I wasn't able to have all my windows done at once. This was ok! Russ worked with my budget and I got a new patio door, kitchen window and living room window. I was concerned about how well they will block out noise since I live close to a train track. The door and windows are great at reducing noise and keeping my home cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The installers were professional and did a great, high quality and thorough job. "I waited quite a while to do a review because with a sliding balcony door, you want to see how it holds up through the seasons and if there are problems, you want to see if those get resolved. First, there were no problems whatsoever over the past year that weâ ve had the new door. It slides beautifully, never sticks, seals well to keep out the cold (or keep in the cold in the case of AC). The glass has held up well, no mottling, and we got super strong screening on the screen section because of a squirrel / dog issue. The screening has also held up. We continue to be pleased with the door. At the time it was installed, it was done well. We were told exactly what to expect in terms of the wait for when it would arrive and our expectations were managed well. Everyone was friendly and professional and all has stood up. We never had to call them for any repairs or adjustments. I can now say it has all been five-star."

Damian was punctual and courteous, and he completed the work in the 1.5 hours that he predicted. He provided the best price of three installation quotes and did a beautiful job of installing the door and correcting an error of a fixed panel by the original installer. The new door and old panel match perfectly, the bathroom was clean when he left, the door works beautifully, and all leaking has stopped. I would definitely use him again."
