Luis and his crew did a wonderful job in painting my condo within the specified timeline. He also replaced the ceiling fans and exhaust fans. Overall, I was very satisfied with the quality of work and would recommend.

Luis did a good job with the exterior staining job I hired him for. He also completed the work within the expected timeframe and at the cost expected.

Luis didn’t mess around! My project was considerable and I took estimates from a number of vendors, but Luis was the most thorough and gave me a rundown in detail of what he’d do, how big his team would be, and how long it would take - and he lived up to every comment he made. He was also considerably less expensive than the other vendors and his scope of work was more thorough - no corners were cut. He also had images of similar projects he’d done where the others just expected me to take their word. When the scheduled date needed to shift a couple days he was happy and flexible and accommodated my last minute request to shift the start date. He and his team didn’t mess around and got the project done in the time Luis estimated it would take. And they did an EXCELLENT job in all respects. Finally, Luis communicates what’s going on & what to expect clearly so my mind was at ease. And, all 3 units in my building are thrilled with the outcome. I’ll definitely hire him again!

Did the job promptly, and gutters were cleaned spotless. All refuse was packaged and hauled away. He even pointed out some existing damage to my roof which was very helpful. Most importantly he takes photos of his work to evidence the quality of the job!

We hired Luis and his team to paint all our walls, ceilings, install and paint new baseboards and a few other tasks. Luis and his team are absolutely phenomenal. I live in a two flat that required its porches to be power washed, sealed and stained. Luis and his team are true professionals. They are very polite and very easy to work with. They pressure washed, then sanded as needed, then applied the undercoat and then the topcoat in two colors to our porch. We are grateful for the quality of their work and for their integrity.
