Someone was working everyday towards the project's completion. When an issue came up, due mainly to our home being a 1980 constructed home, they problem solved collaboratively and with humor. They were friendly and communicative-texting and calling frequently to keep us updated. We love our new stair railing."

Don Lorenc met with us to discuss and plan the project before we closed. He then met with us again right after closing to see the space in person and finalize plans. Everyone showed up as scheduled, they were friendly and courteous, and the work was done well. Visitors cannot tell that there were ever *not* closets in place because it looks so seamlessly integrated with the surrounding space. Don also had a lot of helpful comments regarding placement of doors, depth of shelves, etc, that helped us make decisions we're happy with now. We had one minor snag where the heavy-duty shelf supports in the basement were positioned in a way I worried would make it difficult to get very large items in and out of the closet. I called Don, detailed the sizes of my items, and explained my concern. He understood, and it was changed the next day without any fuss. He was responsive and overall his whole team was great to work with."
