"I called them when my sump pumps (primary and backup) dies and I had water in my basement. Rob told me over the phone what it would cost to replace them, and said he could have someone there in two hours. I had talked to three other plumbers before I heard from RA Mechanical. NONE of them could give me a window of when their tech could come. No offers of pricing, either. A licensed, experienced, competent plumber arrived in my two-hour window. He cleared away the broken equipment, installed the new equipment, cleaned up, and was on his way. Cost was exactly the estimate. I would RA again in heartbeat. Rob and his people are first-rate."

"I love this virtual service. My Whirlpool Duet was flashing an error code related to the drain pump. After cleaning the pump, the error was still showing. I set up an appointment with Neli and spoke with a very knowledgeable representative. He assessed the machine and was able to determine the likely cause of the error. After the appointment, I was sent information on ordering the replacement part and how to set up a call to install the new pump. I would use Neli in the future for any appliance issue!"

Hunter was the first contact I had at Indiana Foundation, he came out and gave me an estimate and helped set up installation and financing. This is a company I believe in and they work hard and deliver great product and services. Communications with this company was easy also. Before starting the project, one of the foremanâ s/supervisors named Josh came out and answered-all my follow up questions. He was awesome too! Other than having to wait 3 weeks before installation, which I understood, because they were busy. "I had Ken and his crew come out in Dec. 2019 to install a new shower and replace two sink faucets in our primary bathroom. They did a great job. We did need a little warranty work done recently and they sent out a service technician who did what we asked courteously and professionally.
