He did nothing when he came. I called H & H and explained my problem, sent them pics and was told that they "could" sand them. I was told that they would not be 100% but could definitely be a big improvement. The tecs were professional, did a great job and they do look 95% better than before. I would highly recommend them."

"I hired the company to do a make ready [clean up & prep] on a single apartment in a building which I own in the  town where I live. All in all I found it to be a very stress free pleasant experience. And, I will definitely call on them for the next project because if they could do so well with a nightmare like that I'm sure the less difficult will be equally affordable and easily handled.
