We just recently moved to Morris and our new home has a septic tank. I searched for Septic cleaning companies near me, this company had great reviews and I'm so happy I went with them. The employee who came out to my house was extremely helpful in explaining how everything worked and showed me what he was doing and how Septic tank worked since I have an older home. He also let em know about a coupon I could use online to get $20 off my bill. I will only use this company in the future and will recommend it to anyone around the area.

I emailed them on Saturday afternoon and received a reply in about 20-30 minutes. Friendly, know their business. I called on Monday and set up for them to come out Tuesday. The technician was friendly, got to work right away and left no mess. I highly recommend Zeiter's.

Our 50 year old septic system was nearly done in December 2018. Unfortunately, I didn't look on Home Advisor, I googled companies in my area, big mistake. I had several out from December to April, each tearing up the yard and promising that their fix would work. So much money wasted. I found Zeiter's when I expanded my search. Thank goodness! Jim came out in May for a site inspection. The only fix for that old system was to get a new one. David worked on very detailed plans which the health dept approved in a day. It took a lot of planning but in August, they installed the new system, what a hard-working crew. Since my first phone call to their company, to the day of the job completion, they were extremely knowledgeable, professional and very easy to work with. Always answered their phone, text messages, emails and ALL my questions--and I had a lot!!! They did a great job:)

We had an emergency septic overflow on a weekend. Called and left a voice mail not really expecting a return call much like the dozen other companies I called. To my surprise, call was returned within 15 minutes and a truck was dispatched immediately arriving within an hour from 40 miles away. Very satisfied with service. Would highly recommend.

Had a septic emergancy and they came out on the weekend and took care of it. Nice people to deal with and they went the extra mile to make sure the problem was resolved!

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for customer service is because they were unable to give an approximate arrival time. The serviceman did call us a half hour before arrival to let us know he was on the way. Very pleased with their service.

New to septic, moved from the city, the receptionist was very helpful and understanding. Scheduled a service call so they could go over system with me. Explained the service contract. I agreed to a send a contract in, so they went ahead and serviced the system for me while here. Great people to deal with

Excellent customer service from their office. Response time in our case was phenomenal! The 2 men who responded work quickly, efficiently and were VERY thorough on our pump out and what ended up being a rod out of our main line also. As far as I am concerned they performed flawlessly. I would HIGHLY recommend Zeiters for your septic needs and I will be their customer from now on!

After calling about 20 different company's on a Saturday I stumbled upon home advisor and took their surgery. No sooner did I have an email with Zeiters information. I called and left a voicemail on the emergency line. About 15 minutes later we had a call back. The owner, who is really nice, sent out his driver and he was here in about an hour. It only took about 30 minutes for the service to be complete. I would highly recommend this company!

We purchased a repo home and prior to moving in we had the septic pumped and checked. 2 1/2 years later we called this company to service the tank again. The serviceman spent 3 hours pumping out 15 years of solids. The company we hired the first time only removed the liquids on top of the tank and was only at our home for 30 minutes. Zeiter's should have charged me more for the amount of time they had to spend to do the job correctly. THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME A DIME MORE! They did the job right and I can assure you I will not hire another company other than Zeiter's going forward. A customer for life!

Office staff is very courteous and punctual. The service man did take time to explain and educate the customer.

Zeiter did a great job of fixing my septic issues within a reasonable amount of time. Very professional employees.
