"We received estimates from 3 different contractors for our soffit and fascia which was totally outdated. 1) Not only did Ryan Renovations offered the best estimate but also provided the best coverage for the entire project. 2) Ryan was very thorough and explained all the work needed as we went around the house while he was taking measurements. 3) The crew was very professional. They worked tirelessly in the cold February. They cleaned after each day that they finished. The workmanship was top notched. 4) A few weeks after the work was completed, we called for a minor issue that we noticed due to the weather conditions. Ryan responded immediately to my call. The crew came in and completed the work without even bothering us. 5) We were very pleased with the quality, professionalism and service that Ryan Renovations provided."

"Alan and Shane replaced all of our mid-80s single pane windows with OKNA 500 series windows. Alan came out to provide the initial estimate and Alan and his son Shane did the installation - no subcontractors just Alan and his son!! In addition they added a large picture window in our living room which completely changed/improved the space. On top of being extremely patient and professional (tolerated all my questions), the craftsmanship of the window install exceeded all of our expectations!! "The original project manager was good. He installed the roof, had a few hiccups, but I was satisfied until 1 1/2 years later when I got 4 leaks. Additionally, some aluminium was supposed to be installed and it still hasn't been installed. I have been calling since March 2019 and still no one has come out to fix the leaks. I only have a couple of months left until warranty expires which I'm figuring they are waiting for. I've called & asked the owner Matt to call me, b ut 5 days later and still no call. A roofer is only as good as his repairs. My advise is don't use Cat. They have no one within 50 miles to repair my roof. I'm very disappointed as I first thought they had done a good job. I had seen reviews where the owner was very responsive, but not to me."

"Signed a contract to have my 2 car garage floor resurfaced and coated. Paid required deposit and was told it would be 6 weeks out. Company supplies a trailer for you to store contents of your garage while work is being done. I had to contact company at 5 weeks because I had not heard from anyone. I was told there were not sufficient trailers available but if I could store my garage contents they could do the job next week. Then I receive a call that my scheduled day had to be pushed back because of machinery issues. Then the following day I get a call that they have reviewed the condition of my garage floor and it is too far gone to handle the resurfacing process. Total incompetence ! Awaiting the return of my deposit."

I was very happy with the results and would recommend Steven Grant Construction to anyone who needed a prompt quote and a properly done job. "Beware of Feldco. Misleading Sales Tactics. We had windows, siding, gutters, facet, soffiting, and a back door and storm door installed. Salesman stated two payments. 50% down to start the job and remaining due at completion and satisfaction of the jobs. They wanted payment after each job. Workers left two windows unframed with pine shims and spray foam insulation sticking out. Back door lock was installed crooked, bottom weather stripping was ripped up, and worker destroyed my original oak trim around the door and installed white trim in place of it. Siding crew didnt speak english and I came home to them installing insulation board over my existing siding instead of taking old siding off. They were caught not replacing old rotted facet boards and tried installing over rotted out wood. Vinyl trim around the windows was not even. They had to come out three times to caulk the same window. Workers put up new gutters with large black scrape on the front. Sales presentation is recorded, but will not provide a copy of audio to customer."
