"Joe arrived promptly as scheduled, and performed the work quickly and efficiently.  He explained the new system, the battery and the alarm on the sump pump.  He replaced the laundry room faucet, which was original to the house.  I will be contacting Joe in the near future to work on my kitchen and bathroom faucets.

"John the installer arrived on time, accessed the jobs R.A. Mechanical was hired to do and wrote out a fair estimate of the job. He performed the installation of a sump pump and hot water tank. "I needed the sill plate and rim joist replaced, sister in the joist in the front of our house. They had many jobs going on so they brought in a crew Anthony, Jerry and Jose from New Jersey so the could get mine done. Anthony let me know what they were doing as things progressed. He asked me if I had questions as he worked. Everyone in the crew where so considerate. The laid down tarps to walk on so as not to damage my floors and they cleaned up everything and the end of the day.
