"EXCELLENT! The pipe clogged on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, of course. Water was leaking into our basement! I started looking for someone with 24 hour service, and no one could come out. Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! I would not hesitate to hire them again or give them an outstanding reference."

"I would say it was between $400 and $500. He was really good, he was very competitive. We haven’t lived in our place yet since he did the work, but I’ve used it a couple of times and it seems to be working fine. I think I called somebody that day and he was out the next day. "Above and Beyond is a great company to work with, they are efficient, personable and professional. They had to do some troubleshooting to figure out the most cost effective way to both remove a drain rod that broke off when I tried to do it myself. They got the rod out and dug in front of the house and coordinated with the city to show, with their cameras, that the roots from a large tree planted in the parkway was the root of the problem. The city removed the tree. Above and a beyond came back about 11/12 months later to rod out again. Still more roots. Theyâ ll be back next year to check and will be my plumbers forever!
