"We had a great experience working with Top Bros construction and remodeling. They fully removed our tile and wood flooring and installed LVP that we had provided. They also installed new trim and baseboards throughout, which look great. They were timely and efficient. We are very happy with the outcome!"

"My basement turned out amazing! Full bathroom installed, including 3-person sauna. Electrical work, lightening, painting, drywall and matte finish black ceiling all turned out fantastic! Gordan’s crew were all terrific. Professional, hard working, and always cleaned up before leaving for the night. Highly recommend!"

"Ryan was great and easy to work with. He helped us through the process. The work was very good and the cost was reasonable. Ryan and his crew were very professional and respectful. They were always on time and never felt like they were working on other projects and and never felt like they were falling behind. We love the remodel and everyone that has come over have been super impressed. We would recommend Ryan and his team for your remodel needs."

"Angelo Pecoraro, the owner of A.P. Builder, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our major remodeling project of adding a sunroom to our home. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. Do yourself a favor and for your next major home remodel/renovation work with Angelo and A.P. Builder!"

"This was my first remodeling project and honestly I was scared to start because a lot of people told me remodeling is a huge headache. After doing my research, I'm really happy I chose ABC Home Expert. They did full first floor remodeling in our house including our new kitchen. When I first met Kate, she was very straight to the point. She noticed details in my house I didn't even see for years. She tells you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear. She knows construction, knows business, and knows how to earn your trust. Her team was amazing from beginning to end. They answered my questions right away and always stayed in touch. I really liked their system with the group chat where everybody is on the same page. The workers were very detailed, paid attention to everything, and always made sure the job site is clean ??"

"Extremely pleased with the basement remodel. KSRP team was helpful, responsive and professional. Work included: framing, windows, drywall, electrical, lighting, flooring and painting. Not one complaint. Job price was really good and would have paid more based on what was ultimately delivered. I recommend working with KSRP."

"We chose Matrix for our basement remodeling. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a "headache-free" experience. They are professional and keep the customer informed of the project status while it progresses. The project manager was always on top of any issues that might arise. We didn't have the time or energy to deal with shoddy contractors, that is why we went with Matrix. -I'm glad we did!!"

"Ed responded immediately to my call for help. Had water enter my finished basement and called Master Craft & Design, who was located in Fox Lake. When Ed arrived to give me a quote, he saw that my vinyl flooring could still be saved. He called a couple of his guys to come over and vacuumed the water and removed the flooring to dry. I hired him even before he gave me a quote just for his quick actions to save me money on the flooring alone. They did their thing and my basement looks better than it did before. The quote was very reasonable as well, considering he already had me locked in. My wife and I were already considering renovating our kitchen. Ed already gave us a quote for that as well. Great guy, great work. Thanks!"

"Highly recommend! Frank and his crew were so great. I couldnâ t be happier with my bathroom remodel. Super easy to work with and very professional."

"Brandon was absolutely a pro on every level. He cleaned up his area at the end every day and always left the work area safe. He showed up when he said he would. He keep us updated on the project as he went along. His quality of work- Wow! Second to none. I will hire Brandon for all my other various projects."
