Don also had a lot of helpful comments regarding placement of doors, depth of shelves, etc, that helped us make decisions we're happy with now. We had one minor snag where the heavy-duty shelf supports in the basement were positioned in a way I worried would make it difficult to get very large items in and out of the closet. I called Don, detailed the sizes of my items, and explained my concern. He understood, and it was changed the next day without any fuss.
