"Ed responded immediately to my call for help. Had water enter my finished basement and called Master Craft & Design, who was located in Fox Lake. When Ed arrived to give me a quote, he saw that my vinyl flooring could still be saved. He called a couple of his guys to come over and vacuumed the water and removed the flooring to dry. I hired him even before he gave me a quote just for his quick actions to save me money on the flooring alone. They did their thing and my basement looks better than it did before.
